What are the assembly requirements?
All items come with full assembly instructions. Most require only a screwdriver and a hammer. Most cabinets and case goods are assembled using dowels, glue, corner brackets and screws. Assembly times vary based on the size and complexity of the item, but can be completed by anyone capable of following detailed and illustrated instructions.

What materials are used in your products?
We mostly use MDF, plywood, teak, and oak for the majority of our products practical board for some remaining items.  As edging, painting and surfaces materials, we use car lacquer, melamine, laminates, Plexiglas and PVC, in addition of our finishes; we also use a wide variety of paper, film and high-tech paint. For drawer glides and most of our furniture fixtures, we use Hafele's products in order to ensure and guarantee the sustainability of our products.

Can you make custom designs according to my specifications?
Yes, we have engineering and designers’ team that works closely with our customers to design and manufacture almost anything you need. We offer OEM production on our entire line and custom logos can be incorporated on any of our products.

What do I do if items I receive are damaged, missing or incorrect?
We take every precaution to properly prepare your furniture for transit but in case, on that rare occasion where something arrives damaged or missing parts we will do everything possible to correct the problem as quickly as possible. Please contact us immediately regarding any problems with our product. We are not just looking for quick sales but for long-term business relationships.

How long does it take to receive the items I have ordered?
From the time we receive the L/C (Letter of Credit) we start the production of your order, it may take 2 to 4 weeks depending on the quantity you ordered. Subsequently, Shipping deliveries to Asian country may varies between 4 to 6 weeks, Europe and North America generally take 6-8 weeks
 
What payment options do you offer?
Currently we only use L/C (Letter of Credit). (contact us for other payment alternatives)

Do you have retail stores?
We currently display our furniture to our main showroom in Pattaya (Thailand) and a subsidiary one at our factory Banglamung(Thailand).

Yes, our catalogs can be obtained either at our showrooms, or by post mail, or more conveniently by downloading the PDF format here
